We, pDs, run a HelpDesk for all AUSMOD users. If you have any problems with an AUSMOD run, please email us at pdsausmod@pdsconsultancy.com. You may attach the aermod.out file and/or the YourProject.xml files to your email to help us better diagnose the problem. We are in the process of developing a hotline.
